Follow these steps to update Charms:

1. Click the button above to access the Charms page for the Killian Band
   1. If ever prompted for a school code, please use “TheKillianBand” without quotes, but with the capital letters
2. Next to “Student Area Password,” type one of two options:
   1. If this is the first time you have accessed Charms, type in your child’s LISD ID number. It will then prompt you to change your password. We suggest changing your password to something you will remember for the future.
   2. If this is not your first time you have accessed Charms, type in the password you chose for Charms
   3. If you forget your password, please contact a band director to have it reset
3. On the next screen, click Update Info
4. On the next screen, check and update any fields for your student
5. To access parent information, click the name of the parent in the blue buttons near the bottom of the screen, then check and update any fields
6. To add a parent, click Add New Adult and complete as many fields as possible
7. The more fields you can update, the better and more accurate your child’s Charms profile will be
8. After any edit, make sure to click the green Update button
9. When finished, click Exit Charms
