Forms and Fees 2022-2023

Completing your child’s band forms and fees are as easy as

1 – 2 – 3!

Follow the steps below to update Charms, complete forms, and pay fees.

While it is possible to complete all three steps from a phone, we strongly encourage families to do so from a computer, laptop, or tablet.

Step 1: Update Charms

STOP: New students, including 6th grade families, should receive an email to set up a Charms password. Complete the steps in that email first before proceeding.

To update Charms:

  1. Click the button below
  2. In ‘Student Area Password,’
    1. For returning students, type the password you created for your child’s Charms account last year
    2. For new students (including 6th graders,) type in the password you created after following the email link
  3. Click ‘Update Info
  4. Check the information that is already there and update/correct as needed
  5. Make sure to check the parent info by clicking the blue buttons with names at the bottom (this is where you can also add another adult)

Step 2: Complete Forms

All forms are completed online

  1. Click the button below
  2. Follow the instructions and complete the forms to the best of your ability
  3. If you have multiple students, please complete an online form for each student (there is an option to submit another form at the end)

Step 3: Pay Band Fees

Access Charms to view your fees and to pay online

  1. Click the button below
  2. Use your Charms password from step 1 for ‘Student Area Password’
  3. Click ‘Finances’
  4. View your invoice on the next screen
  5. To pay online, check the ‘PayPal’ boxes next to each fee
  6. Click ‘Pay Fixed Payments’
  7. Complete the steps to pay through PayPal
  8. You can also pay with a check made out to Hebron Band Booster Club or with Cash.
